Virginia earthquake (August 23, 2011) rattles East Coast - Cars crushed from falling bricks in Tyson's Corner

A 5.8-magnitude earthquake hit Mineral, Virginia, 40 miles northwest of Richmond, Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 01:51:04 PM at epicenter. Reports say the tremor lasted 45 seconds and was felt from Toronto to New York and all the way to North Carolina.
Dubbed as the second most powerful earthquake in Virginia's recorded history, CNN reported officials prompted evacuations of office buildings and the closing of monuments in the nation's capital. No major injuries or damage were immediately reported.
The Pentagon, Capitol and White House were all evacuated, according to the Associated Press.
Reports say there were cars crushed from falling bricks in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.
