CD-R King Fails North Korea Rocket Launch?

A photo went viral after North Korea launched a ballistic missile at around 7:40 a.m. Friday, but the launch ended in failure as the missile was believed to have exploded about a minute after taking off. The reason of failure is that North Korea used CD-R King equipments.
It is good to believe it's true but the viral photo that reveals why North Korea rocket launch failed is just a Photoshopped.
