Miss Universe 2011 Colombia, Catalina Robayo wears no panties; PHOTO exposes her flesh

Miss Colombia, Catalina Robayo, has been reprimanded for going without her underpants during Miss Universe appearances for the Miss Universe 2011 beauty pageant which will be held in São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011. Organizers warned her not to forget her underpants.

According to FOX411’s Pop Tarts, the 22-year-old Miss Colombia, Catalina Robayo allegedly made the rounds at official appearances in tiny skirts without her underpants. “Colombia had to be spoken to and told she needed to wear underpants as what she was doing was totally inappropriate,” Fox News quoted a source as saying.


“People have been pretty upset by it; there have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out,” the source stated.
