Leila Lopes of Angola is crowned Miss Universe 2011

Miss Universe 2011 pageant has finally announced its winner and the girl who was chosen to replace Miss Universe 2010 Jimena Navarrete is Miss Angola Leila Lopes. Lopes successfully fought off a total of 88 contestants at the beauty contest held at Sao Paulo, Brazil on Monday, September 12, 2011.
The first runner-up was 23-year-old Olesia Stefanko of Ukraine and the second runner-up was Priscila Machado of Brazil. The third was Shamcey Supsup as Miss Philippines and the fourth is Luo Zilin as Miss China.

- France - Laury Thilleman
