6 suspected drug dealers nabbed in Valencia, Iligan

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Anti-narcotics agents arrested six drug suspects and seized nearly P1 million worth of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) in separate raids in the cities of Valencia and Iligan, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Northern Mindanao said.
Roberto Opena, PDEA-10 director, said the first raid in Valencia City on September 26 yielded the biggest haul at 60 grams, which was valued at about P600,000.
Monaraga Madali, her live-in partner Naeim Yusop and her brother Kairama Yusop, were arrested in the raid, he said.
Opena said on September 27, PDEA agents also conducted a buy-bust operation in Iligan City and arrested mother and daughter tandem Lucita and Jennifer Alperito.
